Our Bits are available in various models and designs as per the industrial applications.

Tricone Bits

Soft rock formations consist mainly of sand, clay, limestone or shale and are ideal for drilling with Mill Tooth Tricone bits.
When working with soft formations you can use either sealed bearing or open bearing mill tooth tricone bits, depending on the scope and duration of your project. Sealed bearing tricone bits are long lasting.
Open bearing bits, on the other hand, are not as well protected and will wear out more quickly, however they are cheaper to manufacture.
Hard rock formations are hard and abrasive formations usually made up of hard shale, calcites, mudstones, chert, pyrite, granite, quartzite, and cherty lime stones. The difficulties of drilling in this material make a TCI tricone bit all but mandatory.

We manufacture PRD Series high quality Duplex Double acting Reciprocating Mud Pumps of different capacities. Capacities vary from 500 lpm to 2000 lpm with pressure varies from 21 kg/cm2 to 35 kg/cm2. These mud pumps are either hydraulic motor driven or through separate deck engine as per customer choice. Pumps are fitted with pulsation dampner, pressure gauge and safety pressure relief valve.
